Product Description: Created by Korean Herbalist Master Insan, Radish Paste (무엿) is made from white radishes harvested during frost, combined with garlic, ginger, and herbs, and then boiled over pinewood fire. Malt is added to make “yeot,” which is then boiled down again and chilled. The process takes about 48 hours and is strictly handmade. Ingredients include 78.53% Korean radish, 7.85% field garlic, 2.75% Ziziphus Spinosa, 2.75% malt, 2.75% jujube, 2.75% ginger root, 1.31% raw sugar, and 1.31% licorice.
The product comes in a glass jar and should be stored in the refrigerator after opening or in a cool, dry place.
